Job description
As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you provide direct patient care using the nursing process under the guidance of experienced nurses. You assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications and treatments safely, document in the EHR, and collaborate with the care team. You help promote a culture of safety, support patients and families across the care continuum, participate in quality and governance activities, and may float to units within the service area as care needs change.
