Job description
TriStar Health seeks New Graduate Registered Nurses to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our Nashville-area hospitals. In this full-time role, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor patient status, and document in the EMR while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. New RNs receive structured orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing education in a safety-focused, patient-first culture. You’ll learn advanced technologies, grow clinical skills, and build a long-term nursing career while supporting diverse patients, families, and communities across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.
