Job description
HealthONE is seeking New Grad Registered Nurses for our comprehensive Nurse Residency Program in Denver. As a new RN, you will provide safe, patient-centered care under the guidance of experienced preceptors in various acute care units. You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care using advanced clinical systems. The program includes structured classroom education, simulation labs, and mentored clinical shifts. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, communicate with patients and families, and participate in quality and safety initiatives while developing your professional practice and clinical judgment.
