nWhat You'll Do
n• Work onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily.
n• Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
n• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
n• Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from the initial interaction through contract and closing.
n• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.

n• Active Florida Real Estate License

n• Pleasantly persistent in creating opportunities and building lasting relationships
n• Availability to work on-site during the weekends is required. Our Model homes are open daily, typically until 5pm or 6pm.
