Job description
I m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Huntsville, Alabama area that is actively seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.
The position offers a consistent 4 days/week, Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm schedule, supporting a strong work-life balance while practicing in a modern, fully equipped office focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Position Overview
Location: Huntsville, AL
Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
Schedule: 4 days/week
Procedures: General Dentistry, Molar Endodontics & most oral surgery are a must
Staff: Practicing as a solo doc while Dr transitions to a new de novo location
Compensation
Daily Guarantee: 3 6-month daily guarantee
Compensation : 28-35% of production
Earning Potential : $200k - 400k+ annually
Benefits : Health Insurance, 401(k) with match, CE allowance, Malpractice Insurance
Requirements
Active Alabama State License
DDS or DMD from an accredited university
