Job description
ModWash is seeking a General Manager to act as the CEO of their site, owning the P&L, labor, revenue, and guest experience. You will lead the team, recruit and develop talent, and uphold ModWash standards while safeguarding the brand in the community.
The GM will make real-time decisions, drive profitability, and ensure safety and compliance. This role requires hands-on leadership in all operations and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and growth.
