Job description
Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, in Worcester, MA, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the New Patient Intake team. This role focuses on improving access for new patients, conducting initial evaluations, coordinating care, and guiding patients to long-term primary care.
Mon-Fri daytime schedule, no call, weekends, or holidays. Expected workload 14–18 patients per day with 20–30 minute visits. Competitive benefits with OptumCare support.
