Job description
Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its New Patient Intake team in Worcester. This role focuses on improving access for new patients, conducting initial evaluations, coordinating care, and helping patients transition to long-term primary care providers.
The position offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no on-call, weekends, or holidays, in a collaborative environment within Adult and Family Medicine.。
