Job TitleNew Product Introduction - Machine Operator IJob DescriptionThis role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.Your role:Setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, adhering to established process parameters, working under general supervisionMeticulously execute comprehensive quality checks according to defined instructions, ensuring stringent compliance with specifications and maintaining uncompromised product integrity throughout every stage of the production processActively communicate any disturbances or deviations encountered during production to the Manufacturing group leader, thereby facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions, ensuring seamless workflow continuityOperates all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group with proficiency, undertaking both standard and complex production tasks while meticulously adhering to instructions to uphold operational safety and efficiency standardYou're the right fit if:You've have some experience in a cleanroom production assembly environment; operating/running machines is preferredYour skills include the ability to operate machines, troubleshoot issues, and stand for extended periods of timeYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.You have a strong attention to detail; the ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures; works will with others and independentlyThis is a first shift role working Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pmHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
