Production - Wash Floor Operator (Spencer)Spencer, IA 51301Immediately Seeking! New Starting Pay! Production – Wash Floor Operator (Spencer) Monday-Thursday| Full Time | Shifts: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday OT as needed NEW Starting Pay $17.50/hrJob DescriptionDuties include but are not limited to: Startup washers and dryers and operate machines safely Load products into washers or dryers Remove items from washers and dryers and distribute garments accordingly Utilize productivity tracking system to ensure workflow efficiency Perform other production duties as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications: Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently High attention to detail Capable of working efficiently to meet production expectations Eager to put forth your best effort each day and support your teamWorking Conditions: Inside a production facility with industrial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, etc.) Long periods of standing, bending, and reaching Facility is not climate controlled; temperatures can vary significantly Exposure to moisture and air circulation from fans Regular breaks providedWhy work for Advance Services, Inc.: Advance Services is for and about people; we are your employment specialists Enjoy our easy application process—no fees!
