Job description
New York Facility Is Searching for a Locums Psychiatrist
Weeknights: onsite ER coverage 5:30 pm – 1 am, phone 1 am – 7 am
Weekends: onsite ER coverage 7 am – 1 am, phone 1 am – 7 am
Avg. 2 new consults and 2 follow-ups per day
Volume ranges from 1 – 5 new consults and 1 – 5 follow-ups daily
Inpatient hospital setting — all ages
Psychiatric consults and follow-up care in ED and on medical floors
Primarily clinical role — minimal administrative responsibilities
Hospital privileges required
