Job description
Rural Family Medicine - OB Optional
Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking BC/BE Family Practitioners to join their clinics
Base salary range: $200,000 - $275,000 DOE plus bonus incentives
Three openings available in Southern New York and Northern Pennsylvania
Call taken via telephone approximately 7 days per month
See an average of 16-20 patients per day from newborn to geriatrics
Providers interested in Obstetrics welcome

Loan repayment offered - NHSC and PSLF approved sites
Locations: Site 1 is 2o minutes from Olean and 80 minutes from Buffalo
Site 2 is 40 minutes from Olean and just over an hour from Buffalo
Site 3 is 25 minutes from Olean and 90 minutes from Erie
