Job description
Family Medicine - Upstate New York
Annual Salary: $285,000, plus a WRVU productivity model
Signing Bonus: $50,000
Education Loan Repayment: $20,000 per year
Relocation Reimbursement: $15,000

Hospitalist Service Manages Inpatient Admissions
Strong Specialty Referral Network
Serve a Catchment Area of 250,000 including Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division
Teaching Opportunities Available through ACGME/AOA Family Medicine & Internal Medicine Residency Programs

Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Patient-Centered, Team-Oriented Approach to Care
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
