Job description
Omni Bridgeway is seeking an Investment Manager–Legal Counsel in New York to originate, assess, and manage litigation assets. You will conduct in-depth case assessments, collaborate with legal experts, and work with the Pricing and Structuring team on financial viability and potential returns.
You will negotiate funding agreements, monitor budgets, and communicate investment decisions to internal and external stakeholders, helping optimize profitability and risk.
