Job description
St. David's Medical Center seeks a Newborn Nursery Nursing Manager to lead our high-acuity newborn nursery within our renowned Healthcare & Medical Services department. The manager will oversee clinical operations, staffing, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, family-centered care for newborns and their families. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating with neonatology and obstetric teams, managing budgets, driving evidence-based practice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous quality improvement in a collaborative, patient-focused culture of excellence and teamwork.
