Job description
Ministry Boost in Kalamazoo, Michigan is looking for a NextGen/Family Ministry Director to lead all Next Gen ministries, including RiverKids and River Students. The director will provide vision, recruit and develop volunteers, and ensure spiritually enriching experiences for children and teens.
This position requires strong leadership abilities, a passion for family discipleship, and a commitment to fostering a welcoming community. The role is full-time and based on-site in Michigan.
