Job description
Faith Reformed Church in Traverse City, Michigan, is seeking a Next Gen Pastor to unify and revitalize age-zero through high school ministries. You will directly lead one age group and recruit, empower, and supervise a wide volunteer team to guide others.
Expect collaboration with staff on curricula, sacraments, and family formation. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in children’s and youth ministry, strong biblical literacy, and alignment with Reformed Theology.
