Job description
Full time RN in the Van Wert and Putnam county regions. Minimal call time (every 8th weekend and occasionally on weeknights).

Responsibilities
Implementing a resident care plan
Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Consulting with and validating data
Recording pertinent information in the patient record
Identifying and evaluating the resident’s response to health problems and treatments
Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
Requirements
At least 2 year’s experience as RN required
Home Health experience preferred, but not required
