Job description
Healthcare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a full-time primary care role within a Federally Qualified Health Center serving a close-knit community in eastern North Carolina. This site offers strong team support, consistent volume, and long-term patient relationships.
The base salary ranges from $105K to $110K, with a productivity bonus of $30K–$50K+ based on patient encounters (NHSC loan repayment available).
