Job description
Community Hospital of San Bernardino, part of Dignity Health, is seeking a NICU Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead the Neonatal Intensive Care unit as clinical expert and mentor, translating evidence into bedside practice and guiding professional growth.
You will oversee nursing care quality, develop staff education, partner with physicians and families, and drive initiatives to elevate patient outcomes in a Level II NICU.
