Job description
Veracity Ventures Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a residency-trained Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to provide bedside medication management for a 118-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
You will collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and pharmacy colleagues to optimize therapy for critically ill neonates, lead clinical pharmacy programs, and mentor students and residents in a daytime, full-time role.
