Job description
UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA seeks a qualified physical or occupational therapist to deliver NICU services for high‑risk infants. You will work with the neonatal team, assess developmental needs, and support families throughout discharge planning.
Required MA licensure with a Master’s degree; CNT preferred. Excellent communication, teamwork, and IT skills are essential. A signing bonus may be available and final offer depends on experience and internal equity.
