Job description
The NICU Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) delivers specialized, evidence-based care to neonatal patients across Saint Luke's NICUs. Floating to three designated locations, you support staffing and adapt to changing workflows while upholding patient safety and family-centered care.
Required: 2 years of experience, BLS, NRP, and MO/KS nursing licensure. This full-time night-shift role offers self-scheduling and a critical, collaborative work environment in Kansas City.
