Job description
Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT is seeking a Registered Nurse or APRN with IBCLC to support lactating mother‑infant dyads in the NICU. Primary responsibilities include lactation assessment, care planning, and education across disciplines, while advancing evidence‑based practice and quality initiatives.
This role requires a BSN, at least two years RN NICU/related experience, and current CT RN license plus IBCLC certification (or to obtain within one year).
