Job description
Arkansas Children's is seeking a Lactation Specialist for the NICU on a part-time basis. The role focuses on comprehensive assessment and support for breastfeeding dyads in the neonatal unit, including education, care planning, and collaboration with the medical team.
The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Certification as CLC and RN licensure in Arkansas or a Compact State are required or strongly favored.
