Job description
Arkansas Children's Hospital NICU is seeking a part-time Lactation Specialist. The role focuses on assessing and supporting breastfeeding within the neonatal unit, coordinating with nurses, nutrition staff, and physicians to optimize mother/infant lactation outcomes.
The position requires an Associate degree or 2 years of related experience; RN license in Arkansas or Compact State is needed. Certification as Lactation Consultant (CLC) is required, with IBCLC encouraged for growth within the
