Job description
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Patient Care for the Neonatal ICU at the New Brunswick campus. The role combines clinical nursing leadership with administrative oversight to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a 37-bed NICU.
The position requires a BSN, 3–5 years of leadership experience as a Neonatal RN, and active NJ RN licensure, with BLS/NRP and national certification. Night shift, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package.
