Job description
Backus Hospital in Norwich, CT is seeking a NICU RN to deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process and a strong nurse-patient relationship.
The ideal candidate has a nursing degree (BSN or MSN preferred), 1 year of RN experience, and 2+ years in a NICU or similar setting; BLS is required on hire, with NRP and CCRN preferred. This role supports Hartford HealthCare's mission and teamwork.
