Job description
Advocate Health’s Summit NICU is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated team in Summit, Wisconsin. You will provide comprehensive newborn care, coordinate nursing processes, and ensure safe, high-quality patient and family-centered care.
The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 1-2 years NICU experience preferred, and BLS; NRP certification is required within 6 months of hire. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and clinical excellence within a supportive unit.
