Job description
Texas Health Resources invites new graduate RNs to apply for the Graduate Nurse Residency – NICU program starting February 2027 at Texas Health Plano. The 15-month program includes guided clinical experiences, mentor support, and cross-department rotations to build confidence in complex neonatal care.
The residency requires ADN at hire (BSN preferred), RN licensure in Texas or a compact state, and pre-boarding training in BCLS, CPI, and NRPA.
