Job description
Advocate Health's Aurora West Allis Medical Center NICU seeks an experienced RN for a full-time role. The position requires census-driven on-call coverage, every third weekend, and rotating holidays. Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS are required, NICU experience preferred.
The successful candidate will apply the nursing process, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, educate families, and participate in quality initiatives while ensuring patient safety and compassionate care.
