Adventist Health Sierra Vista in San Luis Obispo is seeking an experienced NICU RN Manager to lead the Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit's daily clinical and operational functions. This leadership role requires Epic EMR experience and will drive staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives.
