Job description
Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will work with the unit team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care based on patient-centered goals, collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals.
Rotating shifts with 36 weekly hours, the role offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000. Iowa RN license and NICU experience are preferred, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based care.
