Job description
HCA Healthcare’s Reston facility seeks a Transition to Practice Nurse Educator for NICU with experience in clinical education. Based at Reston Hospital Center, this full-time role includes leading onboarding, RN residency, and preceptor programs to enhance nursing education and patient care quality.
The position requires nursing licensure, BLS, and travel up to 75% within the market. A Bachelor’s in Nursing is required; a Master’s is preferred.
