Job description
Connecticut Childrens Medical Center in Hartford, CT, seeks an experienced Nurse Manager for inpatient units. The role leads day-to-day operations, staffing, and budget alignment while driving patient care excellence and team collaboration.
You will supervise staff, coordinate with education, and foster quality improvement, rounding, and family-centered care in a complex pediatric setting. This on-site leadership position requires BSN with potential for a BSN within 3 years.
