Night Auditor at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites FargoAre you a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Night Auditor at Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites Fargo! Key responsibilities include performing nightly audit duties efficiently and accurately, handling guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, resolving any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications include prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision, and being detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
