We're searching for a Night Auditor who can bring professionalism, calm, and exceptional service to our overnight operations.As the Night Auditor, you will serve as the overnight guest liaison and handle the hotel's nightly financial reconciliation. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations from one day to the next.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist late?arriving guests with check?ins, check?outs, and inquiriesComplete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactionsMonitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the nightPerform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as neededResolve guest concerns with professionalism and careMaintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environmentWhat You BringCustomer service experience; hotel front desk or night audit experience preferredStrong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reportingFamiliarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a plus)Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hoursProfessional communication and problem?solving skillsDependable, calm, and guest?focused mindsetWhat We Offer$17 per hour (W2)Weekly payFull company?paid medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holiday payEmployee discounts on hotel staysOpportunities for growth and cross?trainingA modern, supportive, and stylish work environment
