Night AuditorA full-service property with spacious suites in the historic Plymouth Building, conveniently connected to the Minneapolis Skyway System. Guests enjoy easy access to Target Center, Target Field, and a nearby light rail station, with the Minneapolis Convention Center just a mile away. Blending historic charm with modern convenience, the hotel provides an engaging environment for hospitality professionals serving both business and leisure travelers.Pay Range: $17.75-$27.75The Night Auditor is responsible for performing end-of-day financial tasks, providing guest services during overnight hours, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel. This role combines front desk operations with basic accounting duties to deliver a smooth transition between business days.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet, register, and assist guests; process check-ins/check-outs.Answer phone calls, respond to guest requests, and resolve issues promptly.Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.Run and review daily reports (e.g., room charges, revenue summaries).Audit and verify front desk postings and transactions.Process cash, credit card, and direct-bill transactions accurately.Ensure all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows are properly logged.Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and emergency protocols.Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.HRI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides fair and equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other protected status prohibited under Federal, State, or local laws.
