Job description
Night AuditorWe are hiring a Night Auditor! As a Night Auditor, you deliver exceptional overnight service while managing financial processes, supporting front desk operations, and maintaining a secure, well-run hotel environment. Responsibilities include auditing and balancing daily financial transactions, verifying room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy, completing nightly reports, auditing paperwork, and required documentation, performing front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries, responding to guest requests and providing hotel and local information, maintaining cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards, keeping the front desk/lobby clean and supporting basic setup needs, and communicating issues with housekeeping and maintenance.Qualifications: Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data. Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities. Professional communication and guest service skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems. Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
