Job description
Night AuditorWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the hotel during the overnight hours.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceResponsibilities:Conduct night audit procedures to balance and reconcile daily financial transactionsProcess and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments accurately and efficientlyPrepare daily reports and distribute to appropriate hotel departments and managementMaintain accurate records of cash, credit, and debit transactions during shiftRespond to and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel standards are metFollow all safety and security procedures and report any potential hazards or incidentsAssist with other front desk duties and projects as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (PMS)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detailFlexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends as neededMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of timeKnowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and regulations is a plusEEOC Statement: VP Management is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, family responsibilities, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
