Night AuditorThe Night Auditor is responsible for delivering excellent guest service during overnight hours while accurately completing daily financial and audit responsibilities. This role combines front desk operations with accounting duties and requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Front Desk OperationsGreet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner during overnight hoursPerform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficientlyRespond to guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptlyHandle reservations, room assignments, and rate changes as neededMaintain a secure and calm environment for guests and staff overnightNight Audit & Accounting DutiesComplete nightly audit procedures, ensuring accuracy of daily financial transactionsBalance room revenue, food & beverage charges, and other hotel departmentsPost charges and payments accurately in the property management systemPrepare and distribute daily reports for managementIdentify and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerSafety & SecurityMonitor hotel activity during overnight hours and report any issuesFollow emergency and safety proceduresSecure cash drawers, reports, and sensitive informationAdditional DutiesSet up front desk for morning shift and communicate overnight issuesAssist with light administrative or housekeeping coordination as neededMaintain a clean and organized front desk areaWork Schedule8 hour shiftBenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceDental insurance401(k) matchingReferral programEmployee discountPaid training
