Job description
Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Charge Nurse for the Acute Care Medical unit on the FT Nights shift. You will direct daily unit operations, oversee nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will coach staff, participate in governance activities, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes under the WellStar Professional Nursing Practice Model.
