Job description
Avir at Post is seeking a Charge Nurse Nights to lead our nursing team during overnight shifts, ensuring patient-centered care and safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will supervise staff, mentor team members, collaborate with physicians and other clinicians, and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
This role requires current RN licensure and strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
