Job description

Albany Med Health System seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Hospitalist unit (E3) on the night shift. The role requires a NYS RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS certification; PCA or nursing assistant experience is preferred.

You will coordinate patient care, administer medications, and participate in care planning with a multidisciplinary team. The incumbent will manage care across inpatient stays, with emphasis on patient progress toward discharge and safe transitions.
