Job description
Position
Night Float Anesthesiologist at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Schedule & Case Mix
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off model.
In house 7 pm – 7 am.
General anesthesia and OB cases.
No cardiac or pediatric cases.
Team & Responsibilities
Combination care‑team model with CRNAs and physician‑only cases.
Supervision of residents.
Two physicians in house nightly, with a physician backup.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $150K SDB.
Up to $150K start‑date bonus.
Additional pay for on‑call.
Relocation assistance.
