Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hospice Union inpatient unit in Monroe, NC. The role involves daily patient care management, data collection from home visits and EMR, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes and satisfaction.
