Job description
Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced nurse for the VWCH Float Pool, working 7pm-7am. This role focuses on assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for ICU/ED patients across the continuum and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years ICU or ED experience, be self-directed, and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication.
