Job description
Appling Healthcare in Baxley, GA seeks a Mental Health Technician to support patients during the 7pm-7am shift, assist with activities of daily living, and supervise group activities to foster a therapeutic environment.
This role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, boundary maintenance, and the ability to de-escalate crises. A high school diploma is preferred; BLS and CPI certifications must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
