Job description
The Milieu Counselor at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) Somerville Campus will be part of the 2 North Adolescent Psychiatry unit. Under RN supervision, you will provide safe, structured care for adolescents in crisis on an inpatient unit, including meals, activities, and monitoring.
You will support ADLs, lead therapeutic groups, and document vital signs and exchanges with the care team. A BLS certification is required, and a job-specific physical is required for hire.
