Job description
Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Charge Nurse to lead daily unit operations during the night shift, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient resource use.
You will collaborate with nurse managers, physicians, and other care team members; you will participate in governance and staff development, while upholding professional standards and the WellStar Nursing Practice Model.
A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered for qualified part-time night shift candidates.
